Ujjain SP Sharma said: “We have found several technical pieces of evidence in relation to the case and several new CCTV footages have been recovered based on which four more people who had come in contact with her while she was roaming in Ujjain were detained.
It was found that the auto rickshaw driver had spent a lot of time with her and blood stains were found on the back seat of his vehicle.”
“It was found that the minor was from Jetvara police station area of Satna and a missing complaint was registered by her grandfather at the police station on Sep 24. She had left from Satna on Sep 24 and reached Ujjain on Sep 25. While speaking to a policewoman she said that she reached Ujjain on a bus but it is being checked. We are trying to get details of the same by backtracking the route,” said SP Sharma.

“All the circumstantial evidence has been collected and we are corroborating the chain of evidence,” he added.
The minor’s family reached Indore from Satna but they were not allowed to meet her till Thursday afternoon.
Meanwhile, Jetpura police said that the minor’s mother had not been staying with them since childhood and her father was mentally unstable. She had been staying in the village with her grandfather and elder brother and studied in class VIII.
Shocking: 12-year-old girl raped in Ujjain, goes door-to-door seeking help
The 12-year-old girl was raped by unidentified people and was found lying in an unconscious state in a pool of blood in front of an Ashram in Barnagar of Ujjain district on Monday morning.
CCTV footage of the girl wandering on the streets in a semi naked state and bleeding asking for help door to door in Murlipura area had gone viral on social media on Wednesday.
The incident had prompted strong reactions from different quarters with Congress women’s cell leaders staging a demonstration at Ujjain police control room seeking capital punishment to the accused and a compensation of Rs1 crore to the victim.
An SIT was investigating the case.
