NSDC International and Skill India Digital showcase their offerings during Rozgar Mela in Uttar Pradesh
More than 35,000 students participated in the employment drive today where several candidates received opportunities from NSDC International in profiles such as Plater Fabricators in countries like UAE and others.
Uttar Pradesh, Oct 22, 2023: Thousands of students explored training and overseas job opportunities through Skill India Digital and NSDC Jobx platforms at job fair in Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh today.
The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) participated in the employment drive organized by Govt of Uttar Pradesh at Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology in Gorakhpur. The Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri Yogi Adityanath personally handed over offer letters to the select students chosen by companies and organizations, participating in the employment drive. The Hon’ble Minister also handed over offer letters to select candidates who got international job opportunities after being trained and skilled by NSDC’s wholly owned subsidiary, NSDC International.
The Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri Yogi Adityanath said, Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri. Narendra Modi has empowered every citizen in the country by opening Jan Dhan accounts, transferring funds through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) and connecting villages with Digital India, through Make in India, Startup India, Standup India, Mudra Yojana, Vishwakarma schemes, Skill India Mission.
